Hi there! I’m Ashley Stone Ozmint.

I am a landscape painter living in Asheville, North Carolina.

As a graphic designer by day and a painter by night, I’ve always loved making. As a kid, I’d sew my own clothes (hello flannel halter top and square-neck rose dress) and paint my own puppet show backgrounds on furniture boxes. I drew my way through middle and high school and grew my creative practice through college, finally releasing my first collection of landscapes in spring of 2020!

I find myself most alive when I’m outdoors. The tangle of lines in wild foliage and the soft shapes rolling fields make as they get further away—these are what I seek to capture in my paintings. I want my work to bring this adventure and peace to your walls on even the most mundane of Tuesdays.
